Premiere Client & Vendor Employee Shipping Program

All employees of approved Premiere Clients and Vendors of Naniq Systems will be able to enjoy a special domestic shipping program offered by Naniq Systems. 

The Premiere Client & Vendor Employee Shipping Program (CVESP) shipments are subject to ALL conditions outlined in the Naniq Systems Standard Conditions of Carriage, found on www.NaniqSystems.com.
CVESP REGISTRATION GUIDE:

1. Fill out CVESP application and fax to (907) 345-6125 Attention:  Technical Support
2. Naniq Systems will process application and notify applicant when status is approved via email.  If you have any questions, please call Technical Support at (907) 345-6122.
3. After applicant has been approved, applicant will be sent an invitation that must be activated  
4. Once activated, applicant must call Technical Support at which time instructions will be provided as to

        how to create a shipment , (907) 345-6122.

Create A Shipment:

• Submit CVESP application Naniq Systems, LLC. via www.NaniqSystems.com, scan to email to Vanessa.Keyes@NaniqSystems.com, or fax (907) 345-6125
• Enter all shipment information on established website. Employee will complete online forms including pick up information.
• Employee pays for shipment using valid personal credit card or debit card. 
•  Follow company procedures for sending express shipments in your business. 
• Employee may drop off shipment at Naniq Systems office in Anchorage, Alaska with valid employment ID.

Policy:
CVESP shipments are subject to all conditions outlined in the Naniq Systems Standard Conditions of Carriage (link to website) on the Naniq Systems website.

NOT PERMITTED:
· Use of this program for personal commercial shipping is not permissible.  This includes side line business activities (i.e. eBay, etc.)
· Shipments on behalf of non-employees of CVESP participants are not permitted.
· Non-domestic CVESP shipments.
  
FAILURE to comply with policy will result in shipping privileges revoked for individual and cancellation of the program for employee of the CVESP Client or Vendor.
